CIFIS is currently invitation-only. Access is granted to vetted mission-driven organizations through our pilot program. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Platform only on behalf of the organization you represent.

• Use the Platform for your organization's internal capital strategy, readiness, and pipeline work.
• Do not resell, sublicense, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, authentication, or rate limits.
• Do not use the Platform to generate funding applications, grant proposals, or solicitations on behalf of third parties.

CIFIS does not guarantee funding. CIFIS does not guarantee grants. CAPS Lite™ scores, funder fit signals, and opportunity matches are intelligence outputs, not award decisions. Users remain solely responsible for their own funding decisions, all application content, and due diligence on every funder and opportunity.

CIFIS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Outputs from CAPS Lite™, Funder Intelligence™, Opportunity Radar™, Ask CIFIS™, and Saved Pipeline™ are informational only. Consult a qualified professional for advice on your specific situation.

Funder and opportunity records are curated and labeled with provenance, verification status, and freshness indicators. CIFIS does not warrant that any record is current or complete. Always verify eligibility, deadlines, and requirements directly with the funder before applying.

CIFIS, CAPS Lite™, Funder Intelligence™, Opportunity Radar™, Ask CIFIS™, Saved Pipeline™, Trust Through Provenance™, and the National Capital Access Intelligence Platform™ are trademarks of CIFIS. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant CIFIS a license to process it solely to operate the Platform for you.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, security risk, abuse, or end of the pilot program. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. See our Disclaimer for additional terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIFIS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funding, awards, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email to account admins.
