Pilot Program Terms
Last updated: June 13, 2026
CIFIS is currently invitation-only. These terms apply specifically to organizations participating in the CIFIS pilot program. They supplement, and do not replace, our Terms of Service.
Who the pilot is for
The pilot is open to vetted mission-driven organizations — nonprofits, community health organizations, hospitals, foundations, government agencies, and similar — that are actively pursuing capital and willing to engage with CIFIS during the pilot period.
How access works
- Submit your organization through the public request-access form on the landing page.
- CIFIS reviews each application. We may reach out for additional information.
- If approved, you receive an email invitation. You complete onboarding and your organization workspace is created.
- Access is granted for the duration of the pilot and may be extended.
What you get
- Full access to CAPS Lite™, Funder Intelligence™, Opportunity Radar™, Ask CIFIS™, and Saved Pipeline™.
- Tenant-isolated workspace for your organization's data.
- Responsive support during the pilot period.
What we ask in return
- Use the platform actively and share honest feedback.
- Report bugs and accessibility issues so we can prioritize fixes.
- Use the platform only on behalf of your own organization.
- Do not share account credentials or invite users outside your organization without our approval.
No guarantee of funding
Participation in the pilot does not guarantee any funding, grant, award, or funder response. See our Disclaimer.
Data & confidentiality
Your organization's profile, programs, and pipeline data remain yours. CIFIS processes them to operate the platform under our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics may be shared publicly (for example, total active organizations in the pilot).
Ending the pilot
Either party may end participation at any time. On exit, you can request an export or deletion of your organization's records.
