Pilot access and commercial subscriptions are separate paths.

Qualified organizations may apply for the current pilot cohort. Pilot acceptance is not guaranteed and the cohort is capacity-limited. Organizations that need immediate access can purchase an available report or contact us for a platform subscription.

What is included with platform access?
Every platform tier includes CAPS readiness, Funder Intelligence, Opportunity Radar, Saved Pipeline, and Ask CIFIS. Institutional and Network tiers add advanced admin, custom intelligence briefings, and dedicated support. Specific entitlements are confirmed during scoping.
Can I purchase a report without a subscription?
Yes. Every report on the Reports & Data tab can be purchased individually. You will receive access to the deliverable in your account after payment is confirmed.
What happens after I purchase?
You will receive a receipt by email, an entitlement is granted to your account, and any purchased PDFs become available in your Purchases area. Concierge briefings are scheduled with the analyst team after checkout.
Are subscriptions billed annually?
Platform subscriptions are priced annually unless the active product catalog explicitly supports another billing period.
Do you offer institutional or network pricing?
Yes. Institutional deployments start at $60,000/year. Network engagements are custom-scoped for coalitions, multi-organization networks, and enterprise partnerships. Contact us to scope.
How does the pilot program relate to paid access?
The pilot cohort is separate from commercial access. Pilot acceptance is not guaranteed and pilot organizations may or may not convert to paid access. Commercial customers get the current, non-pilot version of the platform.
Are taxes added?
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing location.
Can tax-exempt organizations submit documentation?
Yes. Contact billing at help@cifis.org after purchase to submit tax-exempt documentation for eligible organizations.
What license applies to reports and datasets?
Standard reports are licensed for internal use by the purchasing organization. Consultant and commercial redistribution requires the appropriate license. Consultant & data licensing terms.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Digital reports and briefings are non-refundable once the deliverable has been accessed. Subscriptions may be canceled at the end of the current billing period. See Billing & refunds for detail.
Does using CIFIS guarantee funding?
No. CIFIS is a capital access intelligence platform. Funding decisions are made solely by funders and grantmakers.
